There's many advanced options which you can add to when embedding a video that supports Flash Player*. The technical term for these advanced options is a FlashVars. The most commonly used FlashVars can be toggled via the Embed Dialog on your Viddler account. However, there are additional FlashVars supported by the Viddler player, and these are listed and described below — listed in alphabetical order.

autoplay=t – Starts the video automatically after player is loaded.
cclang=(string) – Autoload selected transcription, example: http://cdn.static.viddler.com/flash/as3/simple-publisher.swf?key=99febe3d&fakecc=true&cclang=pl
deblock=(int) – Flash deblocking parameter.
disableseek=(boolean) – Disables seeking in player.
disablebackwardseek=(boolean) – Disables backward seeking in player.
disableforwardseek=(boolean) – Disables forward seeking in player.
disablefullscreen=(boolean) – If true full screen button will be hidden/disabled.
displayUser=(string) – predefines a username for anonymous commenting.
framerate=(number) – Flash player frame rate (default: 10).
hd=t – Turns HD on by default.
hidestats=t – Hide stats on video end cap (full player only).
initialVolume=(int) – Initial player volume. (0-100).
key= (string) – Video key/video id (required).
liverailTags=(string) – Additional LiveRail tags.
loop=t – loops video, if the video ends it will automatically start playing from the beginning.
newwindowclickthrough=(boolean) – If it’s true, then clicking in video open new window/tab; if it’s false, then it will use current browser window/tab.
nobuttons=(boolean) – Hide big play and replay buttons in players.
nologo=t – if it’s true then it hides viddler/custom logo from showing inside player.
offsetTime=(integer) in seconds – Tells player where to start video.
openURL|secret=(string) – Secret token of the video to open.
playlistid=(string) – Playlist which will by played by widget.
smooth=t – Flash smoothing parameter.
videobrowserfollowpermalink=(boolean) – If true video browser will open permalinks instead of loading the video in player.
videobrowserfollowpermalinktarget=(string) – This determines how should the permalink be opened in video browser, ‘current’ is default and opens permalink in current window, ‘new’ opens permalink in new window.
wmode=(boolean) – Choose from 'window', 'opaque', or 'transparent' in the drop-down menu.
- window: movie plays in its own rectangular window on a web page.
- opaque: the movie hides everything on the page behind it.
- transparent: the background of the HTML page shows through all transparent portions of the movie, this may slow animation performance.
Branding-related FlashVars (supported players shown in parentheses)
activecolor=hex color – Normal button (not plus button) clicked color.
activepluscolor=hex color – Plus (+) button clicked color (full).
barcolor=hex color – Control bar color (full, simple, mini).
dark=f (default: t) – Change to false to put player in light mode.
disablebranding=t – Player will ignore braining info.
enablestripes=t (default: t) – Change to 'f' to hide stripes.
hideablecontrolbar=t – Hide the control bar on hover. (full and simple AS3 players only).
hovercolor=hex color – Normal button (not plus button) mouse hover color (full, simple, mini).
hoverpluscolor=hex color – Plus button mouse hover color (full).
inactivecolor=hex color – Normal button (not plus button) idle color (full, simple, mini).
inactivepluscolor=hex color – Plus button idle color (full).
timelineback=hex color – Timeline background color (full, simple, mini).
timelineload=hex color – Timeline loaded part color (full, simple, mini).
timelineplay=hex color – Timeline played part color (full, simple, mini).

*Currently, all Viddler videos will only display in Flash Player on desktop devices; mobile devices (iPhone, Android, Windows 8, etc.) require videos to be played using HTML5 video technology, and most FlashVars won't be supported on such devices.
