If you’re unable to view a video on your iPad or iPhone (Play button with a slash through it), then try the following:
- Make sure you are using a mobile-compatible embed code (“Legacy” is the only one that isn’t designed for mobile).
- Try “killing” the Safari process by bringing up the multitasking tray (double-tap the Home button), then tap and hold the safari icon, when the “x” badge appears, tap it to close the application. Re-load Safari normally and try playing the video again. (This is fairly common with all video on the iPad, likely due to iOS’s memory management.)
- Make sure the video in question has mp4 versions created by checking the “Download” tab of the Video Details Panel.
