Using Arpeggio with Google Chrome
There are two situations where this issue can occur:
- Multiple HTML5 Video elements on either one page or across multiple tabs
- Too many tabs are open in Chrome, regardless of content
As a work-around, we recommend only placing one HTML5 video element per page, and advise users if they reach out to you and are using Chrome to close any extra tabs, clear the cache, and then reload the page. If they do not do this the problem will persist.
Unfortunately we are unable to fix the root cause of the issue ourselves, but we are investigating options to work around the issue in Chrome. This issue has also been reported to Google. We will keep Viddler clients appraised of any progress
